&lt;p&gt;Hip: 44&amp;#8221; (112&amp;#160;cm)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Right/Left Thigh: 26&amp;#8221; (66&amp;#160;cm)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Right Upper Arm: 14&amp;#8221; (36&amp;#160;cm)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Left Upper Arm: 13.5&amp;#8221; (34&amp;#160;cm)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Right/Left Forearm: 10&amp;#8221; (25&amp;#160;cm)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Right/Left Calf: 14.5&amp;#8221; (37&amp;#160;cm)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m just starting out (literally - right now) and I hope you&amp;#8217;ll join me as I start what will hopefully become one of the biggest and best changes in my life. (Sounds pretty auspicious, right?)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ll be treating this as a sort of fitness/weight loss diary (initial measurements and goals going up tomorrow!) but questions, comments, and advice will always be welcome if you have something to share.
